The Y Good Friday at the Track Session
This is a track workout. We will do several kms easy WU loops, then 10*400m with 400m easy run/walk recoveries. These intervals should be done at slightly quicker than 5km pace but not sprinting pace. All welcome if you are around. Pls arrive at the track at 2pm so we can get a good warm up in. Pls park at Beasley road end as O’Rorke st carpark is locked.

XTERRA Wellington Trail - The Woolshed Run
A classic XTERRA course with a great old Woolshed by the Venue HQ. The courses take you through pine and native forest, plus a fair amount of open well formed tracks. It’s a solid run, with a bit of climbing, but worthwhile for the views. This venue is everything an XTERRA trail should be and you will love it. Parking is at a bit of a premium, so car pool if you can.

Riverhead Backyard ReLaps Ultra
The Riverhead Backyard ReLaps Ultra starting on 23 March 2024 uses the "last person standing" multi-lap format.
Participants run one 6.71km lap per hour (starting on the hour). This continues until only one runner can complete the lap within the 1 hour time limit.
