Sunday Pack Run/Walk

We meet every Sunday morning on the Cnr of Pitt St & Greys Ave, Auckland CBD. All newcomers are welcome to trial the first couple of sessions for free.

Start Times:

Our Sunday pack run start time is 7:00 AM. Walker start times vary throughout the year, especially during training buildup periods. To ensure you have the correct start time, particularly if you are a new walker, please contact us directly. We have different groups of walkers, including those covering shorter distances who may start at 7:00 AM.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to find parking and get changed. We have excellent showers, so bring a towel for after the run.

Run Details:

  • Duration: Typically, our packs run for about 1½ hours between build-ups. If that sounds daunting, don't worry! We stop for water every half hour, and traffic lights provide perfect opportunities for stragglers to catch up.

  • First-Timers: Many first-timers find they run further than expected and find it easier than they anticipated. You'll be amazed at how quickly you adapt to longer distances with our supportive community.

  • Build-Ups: During build-ups we run set distances starting at 21km and building up to 33km for marathon training. If 33km sounds intimidating, most packs have a sub-group running shorter distances each Sunday.
