Rotorua Marathon Buildup Long Run Week 4

Long distance runs are the backbone of any marathon training plans; these structured long runs prepare you better for a successful marathon experience through improving your muscle endurance and aerobic efficiency. We have two build-up sessions each year, scheduled for Rotorua Marathon and Auckland Marathon respectively; you can, however, work it around other events too.
