This is a track workout. We will do several kms easy WU loops, then 10*400m with 400m easy run/walk recoveries. These intervals should be done at slightly quicker than 5km pace but not sprinting pace. All welcome if you are around. Pls arrive at the track at 2pm so we can get a good warm up in. Pls park at Beasley road end as O’Rorke st carpark is locked.
